Please read the following important information on how to prepare for your free HD LASIK introductory screening assessment
For assessments conducted at hotel venues please report to the hotel reception a few minutes before your appointment for directions to the room that we will be conducting assessments.
Please bring your most current spectacles with you.
During your assessment an image of your eyes will be taken to check that the front surface is regular. If you are a contact lens wearer we will require you to take your lenses out to perform some of the tests, please bring your contact lens container.
Your assessment will take approximately 30 minutes.
