Terms & Conditions

• To be eligible for a free pair of Bollé sunglasses from Fendalton Eye Clinic Ltd you must have completed and paid in full for a primary laser refractive surgical procedure either High Definition LASIK or PRK from 1st January 2012 to 31st March 2012.
• Offer excludes clients who are having a laser refractive procedure subsequent to a primary laser refractive procedure ie enhancement procedure. Offer also excludes clients having a laser refractive surgical procedure subsequent to any previous ocular surgery eg following cataract extraction.
• The client is to choose from a range of Bollé sunglasses pre-selected by Fendalton Eye Clinic Ltd. Where possible Fendalton Eye Clinic Ltd will endeavour to provide the client with their first choice from the pre-selected range, due to limited supply we can not guarantee your first choice. Selection is to be confirmed with the client prior to their High Definition LASIK or PRK procedure, client will be supplied with the agreed pair at their one day post-op checkup.
• Sunglass gift can not be redeemed in cash.
• One pair of non-prescription Bollé sunglasses per client.
