Fendalton Eye Clinic in conjunction with the Copthorne Hotel Commodore is delighted to offer a special accommodation rate to all clients of the Fendalton Eye Clinic of $175.00 (plus GST) per room, per night.
As a part of this package the Copthorne will provide free airport to hotel, and hotel to clinic transfers.
The Copthorne Hotel Commodore is located a short distance from the Fendalton Eye Clinic.
Our only request is that you book your accommodation direct with the hotel using their 0800 808-228 freephone, and
state clearly that you are clients of the Fendalton Eye Clinic.
Please note that the rate quoted above is effective until 31 December 2010.
